Help!

I have been trying to write patterns for the scraps for my Auntie Belle who is planning to make them to sell for her local hospice.Unfortunately I do not make a lot of sense most of the time (unless, of course, you speak fluent Cartwright). Would you please look at this for me and tell me what is missing from the instructions? Thank you
